To dear Mary-My Bewildment
Dear MaryLong time no see, how is everything? I have some bewilderment. I don’t know the
answer. So I just want to consult you.
Nearly 3 weeks ago, one of my friends asked me to attend a salon. In fact, I have no experience of attending salon. For me, salon is just an English word, although I know its meaning. I am very curious about it. But at the same time, I never lower my guard. As in today’s China, I have heard a lot of cheating events.
And with time flying, I become more and more practical. I know everybody has an
aim before doing something. Most of them just want to cheat other’s money. And
also I have once attended some sales promotion party. Yeah, the atmosphere is so good. And all of salesmen and saleswomen are so smart. Their words are so charming and their behaviours are so graceful. But their purpose is only one thing,
your money. After tasting so many candy bombs and of course I can’t avoid all
of them, I am really tired of such sales promotion parties. If their products are really helpful, then I would like to spend some money. But in fact, most of the salesmen just overdraw their function and mislead customers to buy it. What bestir them to cheat customers? Nothing, just money. Because they need money, so
they can do everything, including cheat.
So at first I really don’t want to attend it. But my friend told me the participants were all females. And they really feel relaxed. They just dance and chat,
and also they can learn some cosmetic knowledge. Don’t you want to be more beautiful? And if you can get such knowledge free of charge, then why not have a try
?
I was touched by her words, and also because I haven’t seen her for a long time
. That day is Sunday. I need not to work. Ok, then let me go and see what kind of salon it is. So I attended that salon.
The salon is hosted by Marykay Cosmetic Company. Do you know Mary Kay? It is a cosmetic company. All of their cosmetics are sold directly. That means their cosmetics never put on the counter. At that solan, some of the cosmetic consultants
told us their stories. Why they came to Marykay? What did they get? Yeah, all of
them were so beautiful and graceful. Their skin were so good, white and red, just like an apple. And their clothes were so decent. Their stories were so exciting. I was so moved by their stories. Even it was the first time I attended their
salon. I fell in love with the company at the first time.
Next week, I came to their workroom as well. And this time one of the chief consultants give me a cosmetic class. It was the first time I have cosmetic class. I
began to know the factor of skin. How to wash face? How to protect our skin? I
think it is a good company. In here, not only can I learn some cosmetic knowledge, but also I can become more more active toward life. Marykay is the founder of
this company. She founded this company at the age of 45. At first, it only has
9 cosmetic consultants. But now nearly millions of cosmetic consultants work in
the whole world. Marykay provided many chances for females. Their training are free. And they give their staff so many encouragements. Women became confident and graceful after they join this company. They can dream their future and also they can realize their dream.
What a great company!
I get so much from this company. So I want to share my happiness with my friends
. But nearly all of people besides me said I was cheated. This company is just cheating me. Yeah, it really gives me a chance to dream. It seems all the dreams
can come true. But in fact, it is just a dream. And what’s worse, because I am
so deeply attracted by this company, I will buy their product in the end. And they get their purpose. Yeah, they finally cheat my money. Although their cosmetics are good, the price are so expensive. And it doesn’t worth the price. In a word, I am cheated.
I am really at a loss. So I just want to consult you. This company is a world-famous company. So, I just want to know, is this company a good company?
