Spiritual Lessons from the cat
There’s a song in Jay chow’s new album illustrating the feminine charm, what impressed me most is one of the words that------the lady looks sort of idly and lazy like a cat. The cats are always linked with those elegant and proud ladies,
with an air of graceful pride.
I could still remember I used to keep a cat when I was just a little girl. The
cat was in black and white, one of the most common types in China. I used to like catching two of her legs to make it stand up, and then look into her innocent
big eyes.
The cat is considered as graceful for her activities are normally quiet. The cat walks silently with almost fixed pace, which is then learned by the models in
the T-shaped platform. The cat rarely walks fast in a hurry, for the haste will
ruin the elegance.
The cat likes sleeping, as silently as it walks. However, it’s forever alert.
It always keeps an eye on the territory of her own, once there’s something new
and abnormal, it will wake up immediately. The forever caution of the cat behind
its graceful appearance is worth our attention.
The cat jumps too. Normally, it chooses a certain destination first, and stands
high to concentrate its attention and force, and then it jumps like a flash, right land on the other side quietly with little failure. The process is quite simple: objective-oriented, consideration of all the possibilities and outcomes, concentration, confidence, acting rapidly and steadily…
The cat changes its outside skin as seasons change. To give up is the welcome to new things. We need to constantly change to enrich our lives with new elements
, and we are heading for being perfect unless we change very often. The cat has
given us a good lesson in this aspect.
The cat is high self-esteemed, when it fails to catch the rat, it will pretend to play with a piece of leave on the ground. The cat take pride with itself, it acts proudly at any time even in front of the so-called failure. We also need to
not to lose the control over our negative emotions at any time, but simply keep
graceful.
The cat likes to stand from high, for it can look from above in accordance. In our lives, we shouldn’t get involved in the traps, while jump out and look from
top, so that we can look further and clearer.
