Pressure
What is the “pressure”?----It is like a stone press your back,when you want to walk quickly,you will feel very tired and fretful.I believe every people have different pressure.The pressure comes from the real-life、the studay、the job and the family. When we grew up,we must attend to work for the life.We will meet different people in the society.We want to get on well with them,we will spend a lot of time to think how to communicate.how to improve yourself in the job,how to satisfy our family and our friends etc. Many people said:The pressure is the power.Sometimes I agree with it.If a man want to do something successfully,he will under a little pressure,and it can make him overcome the difficulties.But if the people under a lot of pressure in the life,they will be too bitter to do everything well.They will hate the society and the people who let them down. The world develop quickly,and the city change everyday. We must fit the protean life.And learn to protect ourselves. The pressure is more and more.It makes the people unhappy and bored. So we must learn to relieve ourselves.I suggest if you are under a lot of pressure,you can do some sports,listen the music,read some interesting books, have a chat with your friend,or have a holiday to travel and so on.Actually we can not do a lot what we want.We have to make us stronger and stronger,and own a right heart to face the reality. I have the experience to be under a lot of pressure,I always have an insomnia in the night.That I have no energy to face my job,and the relationship with my colleague,I nearly make myself crazy.I am very upset.And I feel everything is terrible.At last one of my friend advise me to relax.I start to recall some happy things,and sing the songs what I like.Then I will be deep breathing.I feel well.Although I am still under a lot of pressure,I can learn to relax. Do not let the pressure stop you!It is a stone,try to change the stone into diamond.You will find everything is easy for you.Good luck!
