what will u do if the senior of ur company is like1mad dog?
hi, i work for a company in beijing.all of my friends and acquaintances say that i'm nice to everyone and a open minded one. the senior of mine is a woman of 40, she didn't had job until came to our company. she was a teacher in a college. she has no experience at all. now she always do chatting in office and sometimes fetch massage servicers to company for one or two hours'massage, of course it was the time our boss is not in our office. and she likes boasting too. she always show off her cloths and her family and so on....she always like to gossip others in their backs.i'm a quiet one, and easy to get long with. all member in our firm like to talk with me. but i don't like to mix with the senior's gossip. i don't like thouse who say other's swearwords in backs. so when she was boasting, i was keep my mouth closed. but i didn't know that from when the senior started hating me.the nice firmmates say to me that she always like to say my swearwords. for example: i don't like make private phone with company's phone. if i did, it will less than 3 times a month. this month , we received phone bills of our company about 1600 rmb, the international bill was 1200, and the long distant call bill was about 200. we have 3 phones and one for fax. she said in my back that all of the bill was charge upon me..... i didn't too mind ,because all member know me. it's not me.and when i start working this morning, i phoned to my college for some information. it was simple conversation and only cost 2 mins. at than, she came in, and saying to the girl of administration that :" if we can't make the inner city call bill list? who make the call and she must be blamed. " my collegue say for me that it's not gimee's blame. she don't do call often. most of the bill was for international call. but the old woman didn't give up. she was arguing. though i didn't want to quarrel with her at all, i had to make me pure. so i said that if i had private call it was less than 3 times a month. she said that: it's u, u always making private calls....my god, it is she who always make calls to her previous collegues and friends. i think she has no right to say these words. she is doing nothing in the company except chatting in internet. she don't fell ashamed for herself for the massage ??? and fetching cloth designer for her new dress???? i don't know...so i make my mind to change my job. i have no fear for her. one of my collegue say that she had quarrelled with the old woman several times and will leave with me. i will avoid the mad dog, it's not mean that i felt fear, it's just like everyone will avoid dirty things and shit.what will you do if you think someone fight against you directly???
